Grande Prairie RCMP investigate shot fired at a residence

Grande Prairie, Alberta: On January 29th , 2017 at approximately 11:30 am, the Grande Prairie RCMP responded to a complaint of a shot fired at a residence in the Westpointe area.

Police attended and learned that the front door and a wall had been damaged by a gunshot. Between the hours of 10:30 am and 11:00 am someone caused damage to the front door and a wall which was believed to be from a firearm. No one was injured and the residence was not occupied during the time of the incident.

Grande Prairie RCMP continue to investigate.
